Responsibilities:
1.
Greet all customers entering the service area and direct customers to service-write up area.
Tag vehicles and install mats.
2.
Maintain organized lot, including removing any trash and snow.
3.
Maintain loaner vehicles.
Make sure gas tanks are filled and vehicles are parked designated area.
Inform management of any repairs needed.
4.
Perform alignment checks in the drive through, providing color alignments print out to the Service Advisors while the customer is still in the Advisor's office.
5.
Clean, wash and detail loaner vehicles,customer vehicles, shop and service drive as needed.
Qualifications:
1.
High School Diploma.
2.
Valid driver's license.
3.
1-2 years' experience in a dealership environment preferred.
4.
Works well with customers and teammates, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
