Licensed Insurance Sales Professional

Overview:
Primary responsibility is to provide insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes.
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will be an employee of the agency but will also provide support to various departments throughout the group.
Agency staff members perform the fundamental role of servicing customers, supporting the agency owner, and building strong relationships within the community.
Responsibilities:
Metrics and Production:
Meet all production metrics as set by Hoffman Insurance Agency Manager.
Licensing and Certifications:
Obtain and keep current all licenses and trainings as required by either Hoffman or Allstate.
Technology:
Embrace all technology at your disposal so that you have a complete understanding of each piece of software.
Use technology to generate new business and/or document interactions and information with existing customers.
Communication:
Provide excellent customer service and deepen existing relationships by communicating and following up in a reasonable amount of time.
Proactively communicate with customers when necessary.
Qualifications:
1.
High School Diploma 2.
1-2 years experience in a sales orientated environment preferred 3.
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset 4.
Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement 5.
Possesses effective communication skills:
oral, written, listening.
6.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
7.
P & C License preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
